About Nara

Originally from North Carolina, Nara Perez moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in fashion. She attended the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, where she obtained an A.A in Merchandise Product Development and a B.S in Business Management. Nara grew up surrounded by the housing industry, often accompanying her father, a contractor, on work trips. She always admired his drive and passion for architecture and design. Bridging the gap between fashion and real estate is Nara’s objective.

Nara’s demanding fashion career has allowed her to further develop her negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. As a creative individual, she views the home buying process as a vision board ready to be brought to life. Purchasing a home is one of the most monumental purchases a person can make in their life time. Nara wants be part of this special journey with you, and best identify your needs. Working in the Glendale area has allowed her to familiarize herself with the San Fernando Valley surrounding areas. She loves how it’s a nice break from the chaotic city life, with its own suburban charm.

When Nara is not juggling both her careers, she loves staying active with Pilates and hot yoga classes. She also loves shopping (of course), creating Pinterest mood boards, trying new coffee shops, and traveling.
